Pete was born in Bronx, New York and moved to Bethel, Connecticut as a young boy. He went to Bethel High School and attended Western Connecticut State University. Pete began writing horror/thrillers in 4th grade and has written over a hundred short stories and three novels.
Pete was a semi-finalist in the 2017 TNT Network horror short contest with his story, "Man With Spots". He's self-published three short story collections in the Creation of Chaos series, as well as the novels, The Dreadful Lives of Enoch Strange and Deeper Than Dead. He's also started a new short story series, Slab of Sickness.
Pete is also the producer, writer, and co-host of the weekly Murder Metal Mayhem podcast. It's a true crime/heavy metal mash up.
Pete is also a US Army veteran who served during Desert Storm with the famed 7th Cavalry at Fort Hood, Texas.
He loves to read a variety of books to include horror/thrillers, true crime, sports, history, and spy novels. His favorite authors span from Poe and Lovecraft to Ray Bradbury, Clive Barker, Robert Bloch, William Peter Blatty, Brian Keene, and Richard Laymon.
Pete lives in Central Illinois with his wife and editor, Jenny, and has two adult children, and three grandchildren.
